Our collection of home textiles layers techniques like kantha embroidery, block print and appliqué and is produced almost exclusively in-house. This is because a large number of the textiles are made from patching recycled cutting remnants and left over scrap from our garment production.
These fall-outs are meticulously sorted and coded by size, pattern or colour before they make their way to our master patchwork maker, who composes them into quilts and throws, bedspreads, cushions, table linen and sheer drapes. The relatively large scale of home textiles allows for a more painterly approach in the design process and the result is a unique composition in each quilt or bedspread.
