Collared, half-placket, long dress with full sleeves. This fully lined one-piece garment is a part of Tilla’s recycled project. The dress is made of crinkled white cotton silk fabric with patches of recycled patterned fabric in black and white. The dress has a dropped waist, and is shirred towards the bottom, giving it its flare.
